This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of recurring ARR, revenue, and operational reporting within the Industrials Division.
• Lead the monthly and quarterly forecasting processes, inclusive of variance analysis and executive reporting packages.
• Examine SaaS performance metrics such as ARR, retention, bookings, churn, margins, and operating leverage.
• Assist in the financial consolidation and performance analysis across multiple business units.
• Create and maintain financial models for planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making purposes.
• Collaborate with divisional leadership to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and initiatives for performance improvement.
• Support the onboarding process for acquisitions and the financial integration following these acquisitions.
• Enhance reporting processes, data quality, and financial visibility for acquired businesses.
• Aid in budgeting, strategic planning, and financial analysis related to the board/investors.
• Work collaboratively across functions with accounting, operations, data, and executive leadership teams.
• Contribute to the standardization of processes and initiate change management efforts across portfolio companies.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or strategic finance in a progressive role.
• Previous experience with SaaS or software businesses is essential.
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-business unit environments is required.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics including ARR, retention, margin analysis, and forecasting.
• Experience in acquisition integration, M&A environments, or organizations backed by private equity is highly preferred.
• Proficient in advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment with high accountability and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a readiness to delve into details while maintaining a strategic viewpoint.
