Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the team to ensure project completion and adherence to workload deadlines.

• Collaborate with the CFO to create a comprehensive accounting plan that encompasses all facets of production and delivery across three distinct legal entities.

• Support the CFO with various tasks and projects to achieve tight deadlines.

• Lead and inspire the finance team, maximizing productivity, ensuring quality control, and fostering job satisfaction.

• Mentor, train, and develop the team to enhance their skill sets.

• Evaluate workflow and devise effective solutions.

• Coordinate with colleagues and team members to troubleshoot and manage internal policies and procedures.

• Provide coverage and assistance to the team during periods of leave.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a qualified accountant.

• Possess strong managerial abilities to organize, motivate, and train a small team.

• Proficient in accounting software; knowledge of NetSuite is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
