Finance Intern – Processes & Improvements

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the mapping and organization of financial workflows;

• Aid in the development and enhancement of internal controls;

• Contribute to the preparation and updating of reports and spreadsheets;

• Spot opportunities for improving departmental processes;

• Help in structuring automated financial workflows;

• Assist in the organization of financial documents and data;

• Provide support for requests from the finance team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related disciplines;

• A keen interest in processes, organization, and continuous improvement;

• Fundamental knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;

• An analytical, organized, and detail-oriented mindset;

• Previous involvement or exposure to administrative and financial functions;

• Experience with financial processes;

• Familiarity with automation, productivity tools, or data analysis;

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and organizing data.
