This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Driving growth and profitability by acquiring, developing, and nurturing robust relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Prospecting: Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, emphasizing the provision of Finance & Insurance products to large automotive dealers, while also supporting P&C product marketing in the designated territory.
• Attending automotive industry events to promote Zurich’s sales and marketing strategies.
• Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong connections with both new and existing clients.
• Effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholders through various channels (both in-person and virtual) to uphold solid relationships.
• Closing: Managing and expanding your assigned territory to achieve profitability and surpass sales goals.
• Direct Sales: Delivering sales presentations either in-person or through Microsoft Teams.
• Consulting: Collaborating with field team members to ensure smooth implementation of programs and products while enhancing customer relationships.
• Building market share: Operating remotely in an entrepreneurial setting.
• Bachelor’s degree with over 2 years of experience in dealership finance or sales leadership, or a high school diploma/equivalent with more than 4 years of experience in dealership finance or sales leadership.
• Must reside within the specified territory.
• Ideal candidates will have experience in outside sales and possess advanced knowledge of the automotive industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Extensive experience in retail automotive finance or senior sales management roles (e.g., GM, GSM, Finance Director, Finance Manager).
• Experience in dealership training (1:1, classroom, virtual).
• Proficiency in automotive and conventional software/technology.
• Understanding of insurance, reinsurance, and warranty claims processes, as well as F&I products.
• Ability to analyze financial statements.
• Excellent presentation abilities for both small and large audiences.
