This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations to guarantee efficient financial processes.
• Review and process supplier invoices while assisting with month-end closing activities as needed.
• Execute payments to suppliers in line with established terms, ensuring robust internal controls are upheld.
• Create customer invoices, track incoming payments, and follow up on overdue receivables to ensure prompt collection.
• Conduct reconciliations for supplier and customer statements, swiftly addressing any discrepancies.
• Address inquiries from suppliers and clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive financial record-keeping.
• Support various financial tasks and reporting needs as required.
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality/Tourism, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent skills in prioritization and time management.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Highly detail-oriented with the capacity to maintain focus for prolonged periods.
