Finance & Controlling Assistant, Mini-job, Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Invoice and Payment Management – generate and distribute invoices, arrange bank transfers, and track incoming payments.

• Metrics & Reports – uphold essential metrics, generate reports and conduct minor analyses to aid our management oversight.

• Accounts Receivable Oversight – keep an eye on outstanding items, ensure adherence to payment terms, and manage the dunning process.

• Workflow Enhancement – evaluate, refine, and document financial processes.

• Professional Email Correspondence – maintain friendly and professional communication with our tax advisor, team members, and external stakeholders.

• Payroll Management – gather payroll information and prepare it for our tax advisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year experience in accounting, controlling, or accounts receivable — or equivalent practical experience with proven numerical skills.

• Organized work approach & meticulous attention to detail – you identify potential issues proactively.

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.

• Self-motivated & proactive – you manage your tasks independently without needing constant supervision.

• Clear and friendly communication in German; proficiency in English is advantageous.

• Collaborative spirit & passion for improvement – you enjoy enhancing processes as a team.
