Finance Consultant, SAP Cloud ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Lead and support workstreams during cloud ERP implementations, assisting clients in adopting standardized processes through an outcome-focused delivery approach.

• Conduct workshops, collect requirements, and convert business needs into scalable cloud solutions.

• Configure and enhance processes across various operational areas to align with client objectives and standard solution capabilities.

• Assist clients with training, testing, go-live readiness, and post-go-live adoption to ensure rapid realization of value.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a wider project scope as necessary.

• Contribute to presales activities, effort estimations, and internal knowledge sharing as the practice expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in delivering Cloud ERP implementation projects within supply chain, professional services, and/or financial sectors is preferred.

• Candidates with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience are favored, but applicants with SAP ByDesign, SAP Concur, and SAP Business Suite will also be considered.

• A strong customer-success mindset, with the ability to guide clients toward standard solutions, challenge unnecessary customization, and emphasize scalable outcomes.

• Solid knowledge of finance processes, ideally encompassing AR, AP, invoicing, reporting, and analysis.

• Experience in stakeholder engagement and enablement, including leading workshop facilitation, stakeholder discussions, and end-user training.

• Ability to respond and adapt to changing requirements within modern cloud delivery models, and to work across broader project scopes as needed.

• Commitment to continuous learning, demonstrated by SAP certifications and/or equivalent cloud learning initiatives (completed or in progress).

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills, with the confidence to guide clients through project decisions.
