Finance Consultant, Cloud ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead and support finance workstreams during cloud ERP implementations, assisting clients in adopting fit-to-standard processes through an outcomes-focused delivery approach.

• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and convert business needs into scalable cloud solutions.

• Configure and optimize finance processes, including AR, AP, invoicing, reporting, and analysis, in alignment with client objectives and standard solution capabilities.

• Assist clients with training, testing, go-live readiness, and post-go-live adoption to ensure rapid time to value.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the wider project scope as necessary.

• Contribute to pre-sales activities, effort estimation, and internal knowledge sharing as the practice continues to evolve.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in delivering Cloud ERP implementation projects within supply chain, professional services, and/or financial environments is preferred.

• A strong customer-success mindset, with experience guiding clients toward standard solutions, challenging unnecessary customizations, and focusing on scalable outcomes.

• Comprehensive knowledge of finance processes, ideally including AR, AP, invoicing, reporting, and analysis.

• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and enablement, including leading workshop facilitation, stakeholder discussions, and end-user training.

• Ability to respond and adapt to changing requirements in modern cloud delivery models, as well as to work across broader project scopes when necessary.

• A commitment to continuous learning, demonstrated by SAP certifications and/or equivalent cloud learning initiatives (completed or in progress).

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills, with the confidence to guide clients through project decisions.
