Finance Business Partner, Regional Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Management Reporting: Perform a month-end review of regional financial performance, ensure the accuracy of financial records, highlight issues and opportunities for the leadership team, and prepare monthly and quarterly management reports for regional leaders.

• Conduct ad-hoc scenario analyses to facilitate decision-making for market entry through data analysis.

• Oversee pre-ROI and post-ROI analyses for marketing initiatives, proposing improvements and plans to marketing leaders as necessary.

• Strategic Business Partnering: Develop relationships and collaborate with regional leaders, country General Managers, Business Unit teams, and Business Unit Financial Business Partners to enhance business growth.

• Process Improvement: Optimize data management, champion continuous process enhancements, standardization, simplification, and improvements in reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in financial business partnering or analysis, including a background in a professional services environment (such as management consulting, investment banking, or Big 4 accounting) and/or in FP&A or strategic finance roles within large technology, e-commerce, or cryptocurrency firms.

• An analytical problem solver with significant experience in constructing complex financial and/or operational models.

• Proficient in creating executive-level presentations and developing concise narratives that highlight key deliverables and next steps.

• Proven ability to ask insightful questions and apply sound business judgment when engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Demonstrated skill in quickly identifying and systematically addressing potential obstacles.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a proactive approach to collaboration across various company functions, including interactions with board members.

• Prior experience in the cryptocurrency industry is advantageous.

• A degree in Finance, Economics, or Business is preferred (CIMA qualification is a plus).

• Experience as a financial business partner in marketing will be beneficial.
