
Finance Business Partner – FP&A, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate with operational and departmental leaders to deliver financial insights and commercial guidance that improve business performance and profitability.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, including scenario analysis and driver-based planning.
• Create, refine, and sustain Power BI dashboards and data models to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Convert financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities, such as revenue loss, cost inefficiencies, and potential improvement initiatives.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to the Finance Manager and leadership teams.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Finance department.
• Engage closely with external partners, including auditors, accountants, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure adherence to relevant policies, standards, and mandatory requirements.
• Carry out any other financial, analytical, or reporting tasks as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• CA/CPA qualification preferred (or currently in pursuit).
• Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development).
• Excellent analytical skills with the capability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience in business partnering and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to engage and influence non-financial stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Business Central or SAP.
• Proactive, inquisitive, and dedicated to understanding the narratives behind the numbers.
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence and constructively challenge stakeholders.
• Takes initiative, anticipates challenges, and independently drives outcomes.
• Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments while maintaining composure, flexibility, and a solutions-focused approach.
• Conducts themselves with integrity, professionalism, and accountability, fostering trust throughout the organization.
• Experience in the Disability Services sector and familiarity with NDIS frameworks is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, or other data tools.
• Experience utilizing AI or emerging technologies to enhance analysis and operational efficiency.
• Background in process improvement, automation, or optimization initiatives.
