This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Prepare and present the monthly reporting packages, which include management P&L, financial KPIs, and essential operating metrics for each business unit in the DACH region.
• Create the Quarterly Update Review packages for presentation and discussion with the Everfield CEO, CFO, and COO.
• Plan, coordinate, and finalize the annual budgets for each business unit, integrating long-term forecasts and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee a rolling forecast for each portfolio business throughout the financial year, incorporating modelled strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with the M&A team and evaluate modelling assumptions for prospective acquisitions in the region.
• Lead, alongside the Strategic Business Partner and HR Business Partner, the daily interactions with the business units in the DACH region.
• Actively participate in integration activities for newly acquired businesses, including assessing system and data requirements and assisting in the design of reporting solutions, in collaboration with the Integration Director and the Head of BI.
• Support weekly sales pipeline reporting and reviews.
• Manage your own team, which includes a Regional Financial Controller, overseeing their day-to-day activities.
• A proactive, self-starting individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
• The capability to manage multiple stakeholders across various, distinct businesses at different stages of maturity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Completed university education, ideally complemented by a professional finance qualification such as CA, ACA, CIMA, or an equivalent credential.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an international or complex setting, demonstrating the drive and ambition to effect change.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Business Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partner role.
• Proficiency in both English and German.
• Strong communication abilities in an international, multilingual environment.
• Capability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and local leadership teams.
• Ideally, experience working in rapidly growing technology and/or SaaS companies.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across the DACH region and Europe as needed.
