This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Serve as a strategic finance collaborator with senior management, delivering high-quality financial insights to facilitate decision-making and foster long-term value creation.
• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the global Nutrition business strategy.
• Lead the monthly forecasting cycles, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
• Ensure effective month-end closing procedures and precise financial reporting.
• Analyze and clarify variances against budget, forecasts, and previous periods in close partnership with the business.
• Provide monthly sales, profitability, and performance reports to management.
• Create and sustain financial dashboards and Power BI reporting tools to improve business visibility and KPI tracking.
• Assist the Management Board with ad hoc financial analyses and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee and enhance transfer pricing processes and insurance policy implementation according to Group guidelines.
• Supervise treasury-related activities and ensure compliance with financial governance standards.
• Design, test, and continually refine reporting frameworks and financial models.
• Manage BtB reporting processes and production reporting packages among stakeholders.
• Engage in the design and execution of operational risk management (ORM) structures aimed at value creation within the Group.
• Extensive experience in a Finance Business Partnering or controlling position within an international, matrix environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with senior leadership, directors, and executive stakeholders, offering financial guidance and strategic insights.
• Strong background in global financial management, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Experience in highly operational, business-facing finance roles.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting processes, and management reporting.
• Experience in developing and enhancing BI dashboards (Power BI experience required) and finance reporting tools.
• Capability to take full ownership of processes, effectively prioritize tasks, and work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• High degree of flexibility, adaptability, and creativity in problem-solving and process enhancement.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights.
• Comfortable operating in a global, cross-functional environment with diverse stakeholders and priorities.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of accountability and comprehensive ownership of deliverables.
