Finance Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Effectively engage with and cultivate robust relationships with global stakeholders at all levels to promote a collaborative atmosphere.

• Foster cross-functional teamwork by sharing knowledge and expertise to attain common goals.

• Create impactful presentations for senior management, clearly conveying complex financial information.

• Enhance financial reporting capabilities for both primary segments of the Conversion Business Unit, NA and EMEA, including integrating financial processes for the recently in-housed accounting of the NA business.

• Identify areas for improvement within financial processes and systems, and develop and implement enhancements.

• Produce and analyze departmental management accounts prior to presentations to the CFO/Head of FP&A.

• Oversee standard month-end processing.

• Concentrate on revenue, delivery, and sales opportunities.

• Manage the annual budget.

• Prepare monthly rolling forecasts.

• Handle risks and opportunity management.

• Partner with both financial and non-financial stakeholders in the business.

• Conduct scenario planning.

• Perform ad hoc analyses as required by the Business Unit.

• Execute commercial analysis, including client profitability and resource utilization.

• Prepare Capex & Investment Committee papers/business cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience (ACA/CIMA/ACCA).

• Proven experience in business partnering with Senior Leadership Teams.

• Proficiency in handling large datasets, coupled with strong Excel modeling and data-driven skills.

• Ideally, experience within a marketing, digital, or creative agency environment.

• Expertise in influencing strategic business decisions using a variety of data sources to support recommendations and analyses.

• Demonstrated ability to establish best practices in a dynamic business environment where problem-solving and process implementation are seen as engaging challenges.
