This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of ongoing invoicing, billing, collections, and tracking vendor expenditures.
• Oversee the company's operational metrics including ARR, bookings, renewals, revenue, collections, vendor expenses, and cash planning contributions.
• Assist in quarterly financial reporting, basic budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning in collaboration with leadership and external finance/accounting partners.
• Collaborate with external accountants, tax specialists, payroll providers, and finance vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage the operational process from Closed-Won to executed order forms, billing setup, customer handoff, and renewal tracking.
• Supervise the creation of order forms and ensure that commercial terms such as billing cycles, usage limits, overages, start dates, and renewal conditions are accurately documented.
• Work alongside RevOps to ensure that executed contracts align with CRM records, billing schedules, and revenue reporting.
• Develop streamlined deal desk processes that minimize rework, reduce ambiguity, and enhance executive coordination.
• Manage legal intake and contract operations, including tracking redlines, approvals, renewal dates, maintaining the contract repository, MSAs, DPAs, SLAs, security exhibits, and order forms.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits invoicing, headcount tracking, compensation records, and onboarding/offboarding workflows involving systems and vendors.
• Document and refine core business processes across finance, contracts, vendor management, HR coordination, and leadership reporting.
• Create simplified systems that enhance operational visibility without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Assist in compiling board and investor operating metrics, including ARR, bookings, renewals, cash contributions, headcount, and significant operating risks.
• 6–10+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategic Finance, or Startup Operations.
• B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred.
• Strong comprehension of SaaS billing, ARR, bookings, renewals, usage-based pricing, overages, collections, and revenue reporting.
• Proven experience owning recurring business processes from start to finish, rather than merely supporting them.
• Comfortable navigating MSAs, order forms, DPAs, SLAs, and security exhibits, as well as translating commercial terms into operational workflows.
• Strong aptitude for documentation, process design, and developing simple systems in the absence of existing ones.
• High proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and familiarity with CRM, accounting, payroll, and contract management systems.
