This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Constructing, enhancing, and sustaining intricate Google Sheets and Excel models.

• Collecting business inputs to create forecasts and budgets.

• Assessing assumptions and outcomes, offering insights on anticipated business trends and performance to partners and the General Manager of credit products.

• Crafting concise and clear materials for business partners and executive audiences.

• Designing, developing, and automating actionable management reports.

• Managing variance analysis and creating materials to deliver insights.

• Collaborating with analytics and other finance teams for essential performance tracking and analysis.

• Performing analysis and supporting business priorities, including new product development, pricing and revenue strategies, as well as expense efficiency strategies.

• Recognizing opportunities to simplify and automate processes within finance and accounting as we expand.

• Working together to guide significant initiatives such as process improvement and standardization, system enhancements, and data governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8 years of applicable work experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, FP&A, banking, or related areas.

• Experience in financial services, especially with consumer credit products, is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Advanced expertise in Google Sheets and Excel.

• Strong skills in SQL and a robust analytical mindset with a solid understanding of data analysis.

• Proficiency in written, verbal, and visual communication of data.

• Problem-solving abilities and business judgment to pose insightful questions, design meaningful analyses, and translate outputs into actionable insights.

• A proactive, ownership-driven mentality. We favor taking initiative.

• Fluent in English.
