Finance Associate – Multi-Entity Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Overseeing daily financial transactions across various entities and currencies

• Assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management functions

• Preparing and recording journal entries while possessing a solid understanding of the underlying business activities

• Conducting balance sheet reconciliations across different entities and regions

• Aiding in month-end closing procedures and enhancing timelines and accuracy

• Keeping financial documentation organized and ready for audits

• Reviewing and confirming financial data to guarantee completeness and precision

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations within a corporate or high-paced environment

• Experience working with multi-entity, multi-cost center, and/or multi-currency frameworks

• Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage; familiarity with NetSuite is advantageous)

• Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive and problem-solving attitude

• Highly organized with the capability to handle multiple priorities at once

• A collaborative and energetic approach, along with a willingness to learn within a global team
