Finance Associate – Multi-Entity Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Overseeing daily financial transactions across various entities and currencies.

• Assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management functions.

• Preparing and posting journal entries while demonstrating a strong grasp of the underlying business activities.

• Conducting balance sheet reconciliations across different entities and regions.

• Aiding in month-end closing processes while enhancing timelines and accuracy.

• Keeping financial documentation organized and ready for audits.

• Reviewing and verifying financial data to ensure it is complete and accurate.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations within a corporate or fast-paced setting.

• Experience dealing with multi-entity, multi-cost center, and/or multi-currency frameworks.

• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage; knowledge of NetSuite is a bonus).

• Strong attention to detail paired with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.

• Highly organized with the capability to handle multiple priorities at once.
