Finance Associate, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Maintain the financial records in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Oversee and manage the operations of Relit.

• Ensure timely tracking and management of all bills and payments.

• Provide the client with comprehensive financial visibility to keep them on track.

• Classify transactions and reconcile accounts within QuickBooks.

• Produce regular financial summaries and identify items that require the client’s attention.

• Keep organized digital records of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.

• Collaborate with the client’s CPA or external accountant as necessary.

• Identify trends, discrepancies, or opportunities for process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in QuickBooks (preferably the Online version).

• Experience with operating an ERP system; capable of quickly onboarding onto Relit.

• A solid understanding of US accounting fundamentals, including chart of accounts, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.

• Excellent written English for effective communication with US-based clients.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results with minimal supervision.

• Availability for full-time work during US hours.

• Previous experience assisting US-based small businesses is preferred.

• Familiarity with finance in healthcare practices, including knowledge of insurance reimbursements and patient billing processes, is preferred.

• Comfort in managing sensitive financial information within a HIPAA-compliant environment is preferred.
