Finance Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Process and refresh extensive datasets in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Create and sustain financial models for forecasting, cash flow management, and profit & loss analysis.

• Utilize Datarails for group reporting, encompassing data consolidation, automation, and financial planning.

• Execute bookkeeping tasks and ensure precise balance-sheet control accounts.

• Regularly update debtors and revenue trackers.

• Record journal entries for cryptocurrency reconciliations, including adjustments for gains and losses.

• Reconcile cryptocurrency and fiat accounts across various currencies.

• Oversee prepayments, accruals, and standard accounting procedures.

• Assist in the preparation of UK VAT reports.

• Conduct analysis on profitability, margins, cash runway, and break-even points.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualified CA/ACCA/CPA.

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance.

• Strong English language skills (both written and spoken).

• Competence with accounting software.

• Advanced expertise in Datarails.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting capabilities.
