Finance and Tax Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Financial management: Oversee treasury, tax, and financial processes, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and the reliability of financial data.

• Processes: Identify and automate workflows to enhance efficiency and standardization of operations.

• Team management: Guide the team, evaluate performance, and foster ongoing development.

• Execution: Manage routines and action plans, ensuring they align with executive directives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Controllership, Accounting, or Economics (postgraduate qualifications in Process Management or Finance are advantageous).

• Automation and Programming: Advanced skills in Google Apps Script (JavaScript) or VBA, with experience in automation tools and API integrations.

• Data & BI: Proficient in structuring databases and developing data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.

• Management Methodologies: Familiarity with PDCA, 5W2H, SWOT analysis, and the 3 Ms (Man, Machine, Method).
