Finance and Insurance Executive – Direct Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Prospecting: Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, concentrating on delivering Finance & Insurance products to major automotive dealers, while also aiding in the marketing of P&C products within the designated territory.

• Relationship Management: Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with both prospective and existing clients.

• Closing: Overseeing and expanding your designated territory to attain profitability and surpass sales goals.

• Direct Sales: Performing sales presentations either in-person or through Microsoft Teams.

• Consulting: Partnering with field team members to guarantee the smooth implementation of programs and products, while enhancing customer relationships.

• Building market share: Operating remotely in an entrepreneurial setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of experience in Sales or the Automotive sector.

• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales or the Automotive sector OR a High School Diploma or Equivalent along with 6 or more years of experience in Sales or the Automotive sector.

• Experience in outside sales.

• Advanced understanding of the automotive industry, including market trends and competitors.

• Extensive background in retail automotive finance or senior sales management (e.g., GM, GSM, Finance Director, Finance Manager).

• Experience in dealership training (1:1, classroom, virtual).

• Proficient in automotive and conventional software/technology.

• Knowledge of insurance, reinsurance, warranty claims processes, and F&I products.

• Capability to analyze financial statements.

• Exceptional presentation skills for both small and large audiences.
