This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Prospecting: Identifying and nurturing new business opportunities by focusing on delivering Finance & Insurance products to large automotive dealerships, while also aiding P&C product marketing within the designated territory.
• Relationship Management: Establishing and sustaining robust relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Closing: Overseeing and expanding your assigned territory to ensure profitability and surpass sales objectives.
• Direct Sales: Performing sales presentations in person or through Microsoft Teams.
• Consulting: Partnering with field team members to guarantee smooth execution of programs and products, while enhancing customer relationships.
• Building market share: Operating remotely in a self-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree with over 2 years of experience in dealership finance or sales leadership, or
• High school diploma/equivalent with more than 4 years of experience in dealership finance or sales leadership.
• Must live within the specified territory.
• Preferred candidates will have outside sales experience and a deep understanding of the automotive sector, market dynamics, and competitors.
• Significant experience in retail automotive finance or senior sales management roles (e.g., GM, GSM, Finance Director, Finance Manager).
• Experience in dealership training (1:1, classroom, virtual).
• Proficiency in automotive and conventional software/technology.
• Familiarity with insurance, reinsurance, warranty claims processes, and F&I products.
• Capability to analyze financial statements.
• Outstanding presentation skills for audiences of various sizes.
