This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Generate invoices for Lekker Code Germany.
• Organize and file invoices in our Google Drive (e.g., Google, Vodacom folders).
• Address outstanding administrative issues for Lekker Code Germany.
• Monitor freelancer timesheets.
• Create client invoices.
• Assist the internal team with inquiries related to invoices.
• Manage bank statements in Google Sheets and process payments across all bank accounts.
• Coordinate with our accountants in Spain, Germany, and South Africa by gathering and supplying the necessary documents.
• Oversee payroll processing for employees.
• Keep track of approaching deadlines and due dates, sending timely reminders.
• Manage inter-company invoicing between Lekker Spain and Lekker Germany.
• Strong background in bookkeeping, finance administration, or accounts payable/receivable.
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven; you ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Drive.
• Comfortable managing bank statements, invoices, and payroll data with precision.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
• Self-sufficient and reliable in a fully remote, cross-time zone environment.
• Experience in supporting multiple entities or international finance operations is a plus.
• Work entirely remotely - you choose where you transform the digital landscape.
