Finance and Accounting Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Financial Management: Oversee comprehensive finance and accounting functions, including precise bookkeeping and administrative processes.

• Client Account Support: Aid in the management of client account groups, ensuring that all financial deliverables are accurate and submitted punctually.

• Compliance & Reporting: Guarantee strict compliance with internal standards and timely external reporting obligations.

• Operational Efficiency: Assist Senior Consultants by managing daily financial tasks, preventing service delays, and upholding high service quality.

• Strategic Support: Play a role in IBMC’s growth by managing additional client requests and facilitating future financial initiatives.

• Data Integrity: Ensure the maintenance of meticulous records and the accuracy of all financial information within our digital framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years in finance and accounting is required.

• Education & Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is necessary. Candidates with a background in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) are highly favored.

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Accurate, or other similar cloud-based platforms.

• Language: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for interaction with international clients.

• Core Competencies: Must be detail-oriented, comfortable handling high volumes of data, and possess a robust problem-solving approach.

• Traits: A quick learner with a proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to new tools and digital processes.
