This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Actively participate in monthly reporting and analysis, including ad hoc reporting, budget versus actual analysis, forecasting, and projections.
• Skilled in managing and processing extensive data sets, with the capability to clean, organize, and analyze intricate data using Excel.
• Establish, review, and maintain customer pricing to ensure alignment with contracts and to mitigate billing discrepancies.
• Update and maintain subcontractor rates in accordance with agreements to guarantee accurate cost tracking and compliance.
• Oversee and validate data mappings between systems to ensure proper data transformation and integration.
• Keep system look-up tables accurate and consistent, ensuring that updates are documented and aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate and manage special projects, including communicating all special processing events to Team Leads.
• Troubleshoot project errors to guarantee that accurate data is entered into the system.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ensure data accuracy and assist team leads with tracking metrics.
• Maintain data integrity, adhere to change control procedures, support internal and external audits, and document all configurations to ensure business continuity.
• Review and approve project setup requests.
• Review and approve budget requests.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experienced with ERP, CRM, or finance-related systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) [Oracle experience is a plus].
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial and/or analytical role.
• Holds a 2-year college diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across various departments, including Finance, IT, and Operations.
• Preferred experience in process documentation and audit support.
• Experience in project metrics, reporting, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of operational, financial, and business fundamentals.
