Finance AI Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Identify significant opportunities for automating and enhancing Finance processes.

• Design and create AI agents and automated workflows across Finance operations.

• Develop solutions for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), revenue recognition, invoicing, cash flow management, and reconciliations.

• Integrate AI tools with ERP systems and other enterprise platforms.

• Own and drive the Finance AI roadmap in alignment with business priorities.

• Make strategic decisions regarding build vs. buy for AI solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Finance leaders to promote adoption and facilitate change.

• Rapidly prototype, test, and refine solutions based on user feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Finance or closely related fields.

• Strong comprehension of Finance processes and their associated challenges.

• Practical experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud preferred).

• Proficiency in the Microsoft AI ecosystem (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI).

• Demonstrated experience in implementing AI solutions within enterprise settings.

• Capability to work independently and deliver results without formal structures.

• Strong skills in project management and execution.

• Proficient in English.
