This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Prepare and submit all billing and invoicing.
• Enter accounting data into the accounting system.
• Prepare and reconcile bank deposits.
• Record accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions as well as cash postings.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming payments.
• Verify the validity of account discrepancies.
• Research, negotiate, and reconcile chargebacks and claims from third parties.
• Review and enter financial documentation.
• Examine bank and credit card transactions.
• Process business-related expenses.
• Manage daily transactions.
• Liaise with customers and vendors.
• Close invoices.
• Perform additional job-related responsibilities.
• Proficient and confident in the English language (B2, C1, C2).
• Basic computer skills and the ability to understand new software.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in documentation review.
• Highly organized with excellent prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently without supervision.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Availability to work during US business hours (7 AM - 3 PM CDT).
• Initial and ongoing training and mentoring.
