Finance Administrator – Entry Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Ensure strong compliance throughout procurement activities by verifying documents against purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies.

• Review, approve, and accurately process invoices; finalize orders once all issues are rectified.

• Oversee assigned processes under the guidance of the Team Lead, adhering to established SLAs and taking responsibility for deliverables.

• Engage proactively with both internal and external stakeholders to address issues and maintain workflow efficiency.

• Assist with internal and external audits, as well as process transitions when necessary.

• Gather, maintain, and distribute reports and updates to internal stakeholders.

• Recognize opportunities for ongoing improvement and aid in the implementation of enhanced processes, including order closure support.

• Offer general operational assistance in information processing, reporting, and internal improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English with outstanding interpersonal abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Comprehension of accounting and financial principles.

• Experience or a keen interest in managing relationships with suppliers/vendors is welcomed and encouraged.

• Highly skilled in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

• Familiarity with printed media/materials, point-of-sale materials, signage, etc. is not mandatory but advantageous.
