This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Support the processing of financial transactions while ensuring precise record-keeping.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable responsibilities, which include processing invoices and following up on payments.
• Phone Support: Oversee both incoming and outgoing calls regarding accounts receivable, vendor questions, and payment resolutions.
• Maintain and oversee the finance department’s email inbox, guaranteeing prompt responses and accurate record maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address finance-related issues.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Offer general administrative assistance to the finance team as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support within a finance or service-focused environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls (averaging 10-20 calls per day).
• Outstanding planning, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, emphasizing accuracy in financial operations.
• Effective problem-solving and relationship-building skills for interaction with vendors and internal staff.
• Capability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and financial software, with advanced experience.
