This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee, prioritize, and delegate tasks within the partner email inbox.
• Administer the partner and payroll email accounts.
• Address minor client inquiries and provide requested information.
• Organize the partner calendar, including scheduling client meetings and appointments.
• Coordinate with clients regarding information requests and incomplete documentation.
• Provide necessary information to banking institutions and financiers when needed.
• Update, save, and manage electronic documents within client files, including payroll records.
• Dispatch prepared documents for electronic signatures, ensure completion, and file the finished documents appropriately.
• Follow up with clients to obtain any missing information to ensure records are ready for processing.
• Handle client proposals using Ignition.
• Oversee the client onboarding procedure.
• Assist with Nimba's monthly financial data entry from provided reports.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable for Nimba, involving straightforward bookkeeping tasks.
• Process Nimba's payroll, managing straightforward payroll tasks.
• Maintain and update Nimba’s workflow with Karbon.
• Upload prepared marketing content as required.
• Provide general administrative support as necessary.
• 3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably within a financial services or accounting setting.
• Proficiency in Xero is essential — possessing Xero Advisor certification is highly valued.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of New Zealand taxation terms and abbreviations is beneficial.
• Experience with Karbon or Ignition is a significant advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven capability to manage confidential financial and payroll data with integrity.
• Strong organizational abilities along with time management and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and manage tasks without close supervision.
