Finance & Accounting Outsourcing – Construction and Real Estate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in enhancing the performance of outsourced construction and real estate accounting engagements.

• Oversee and deliver accounting services that are timely and precise.

• Manage both onshore and offshore teams to ensure effective transaction processing, month-end closing, and financial statement preparation.

• Play a pivotal role in the expansion of our accounting advisory services.

• Plan, manage, and execute a variety of engagements, including but not limited to supervising daily accounting operations.

• Evaluate client accounting challenges and create customized advisory solutions.

• Provide regular status updates to client leadership.

• Mentor and develop associates through continual feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in construction and real estate accounting (mandatory).

• More than 5 years of experience in construction accounting.

• CPA certification is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.

• Exceptional project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong executive presence.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and nurture team members.

• Proficient oral and written communication skills.

• Proven capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while adhering to project budgets.

• Experience with offshore teams is advantageous.

• Familiarity with professional standards and regulations.

• Previous experience with internal controls, including documentation.
