This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Ensure that the organization's records are accurately organized and filed.
• Input tracking details into electronic databases.
• Collect documentation from internal teams, coding materials in chronological, numerical, alphabetical, and subject-based order.
• Maintain physical copies of documents such as invoices, receipts, and forms.
• Establish new files and retrieve information as needed.
• Make certain that records are returned to their proper locations and request records from external sources as necessary.
• Duplicate and deliver records as required.
• Implement authorized modifications to the filing system.
• Assist with inquiries received via phone.
• Receive and distribute mail and courier packages.
• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent credential.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable role.
• Proficient in using computers, including MS Office Word and Excel.
• Skilled in operating photocopy and fax machines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
