This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Gathering documentation from a variety of sources.
• Evaluating, organizing, and categorizing documentation.
• Creating and updating files, and appropriately filing documentation.
• Disposing of outdated files according to protocol or transferring them to inactive storage.
• Regularly scanning files to verify their correct placement and to locate missing records.
• Retrieving records upon request and sending them to the relevant parties.
• Making copies of records and delivering them as needed.
• Implementing authorized modifications to the filing system.
• Assisting with telephone inquiries.
• Receiving and distributing mail and courier packages.
• High school diploma, GED, or a suitable equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in using computers, as well as MS Office Word and Excel.
• Skilled in operating photocopy and facsimile machines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
