
Field Verification Apprentice – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire knowledge of Regenified’s verification standards, field methodologies, and soil health indicators through practical fieldwork, observation, and coaching.
• Develop hands-on skills in agronomy observation, evidence gathering, documentation, and executing field tasks that are audit-ready.
• Assist with on-site verification visits by traveling to farms and various field locations mainly across North America, with some opportunities for international travel.
• Aid in measurements, photo documentation, sampling coordination, and data entry at the field level in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists.
• Keep organized and defensible field notes, photographs, and supporting documents for reporting and quality assurance.
• Prepare necessary materials, confirm schedules, and assist in managing evidence checklists for field visits.
• Help gather missing documentation and clarify evidence requirements in collaboration with Verifiers, Lead Verifiers, and producers.
• Adhere to workflows and SOPs, identify issues, and contribute ideas for improvements.
• Foster a positive and professional experience for producers in the field.
• A strong passion for regenerative agriculture.
• Eagerness to learn alongside farmers, ranchers, and verification experts.
• Background in agriculture, conservation, soil health, verification support, or hands-on fieldwork.
• Inquisitive, open to coaching, and driven to enhance technical and professional skills.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable adhering to established processes, SOPs, and checklists.
• Proficient in observing, documenting, and accurately communicating field conditions.
• Capable of identifying potential issues or discrepancies.
• Comfortable working within a team-oriented environment and receptive to feedback.
• Professional representation of Regenified while in the field.
• A valid passport is required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident authorized to work in the United States.
