Field Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Meet installation goals for TaaS devices as outlined in a predetermined schedule (installation cycle) within a designated region and for a specific customer group.

• Prepare devices for installation, including configuration and necessary tools.

• Collaborate with the control tower team on troubleshooting efforts and conduct on-site maintenance.

• Report device performance issues to suppliers and submit related complaints.

• Conduct quality control and inventory assessments upon receiving devices.

• Ensure the proper storage of hardware components.

• Scan and document all hardware elements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of secondary school diploma (equivalent to the Brevet des collèges).

• A-levels or a similar qualification in engineering or a related field is preferred.

• Demonstrated self-motivation, persistence, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and effective communication abilities.

• Capability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and carry out tasks as per plan.

• Basic understanding of information technology (IT).

• Proficient in French; English language skills are a plus.

• Openness to travel for up to 3–4 days per week (primarily from Wednesday to Saturday).
