Field Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Perform site visits, installations, and the commissioning of professional equipment.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues on-site.

• Provide technical support and training to both dealers and customers.

• Conduct demonstrations of equipment and facilitate handovers.

• Offer aftercare support and continuous guidance to customers.

• Operate independently across the region while managing your own schedule.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product development and provide feedback.

• Regular travel throughout the East Anglia and South East territories is required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a field-based technical or service position.

• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.

• Solid understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systems.

• Capacity to work independently and effectively manage workload.

• Valid UK driving license.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Background in a technical field such as field service/engineering, plant machinery, ground care, agricultural equipment, electrical or mechanical service, automotive, or construction.

• Familiarity with connected or GPS-based systems is desirable.

• Experience with ground care, turf, or outdoor equipment is a plus.

• Previous experience in delivering training or demonstrations is beneficial.
