This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Provide timely and friendly assistance to customers and internal colleagues.
• Support guests facing challenges at fueling locations and respond to operational inquiries.
• Uphold the company’s image standards by ensuring that locations are clean, safe, and well-kept.
• Maintain fueling sites by disposing of trash, sweeping fuel lanes, restocking supplies, and changing light bulbs.
• Carry out seasonal duties such as snow removal from fuel lanes and pathways.
• Paint islands, canopy columns, and buildings as necessary to preserve a professional site appearance.
• Offer onsite support for fueling equipment and associated software systems.
• Diagnose and repair card readers, dispensers, site controllers, and other station equipment.
• Recognize, order, collect, and install replacement parts to ensure efficient repairs.
• Assist with inspections and compliance testing at company facilities.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to: Underground Storage Tanks (UST), Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST), Weights & Measures calibration standards, health department regulations, and fire codes.
• Maintain necessary records and documentation, including permits, testing reports, emergency response plans, SPCC, SWPPP, and hazardous materials business plans (HMBP).
• Collaborate with internal teams, inspectors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance across assigned locations.
• Oversee on-site hazardous waste programs, ensuring correct storage, handling, and disposal.
• Address on-call situations and emergency matters, troubleshooting until resolution is achieved.
• Identify issues and formulate practical, safety-oriented solutions that align with company standards.
• Undertake additional tasks and projects as directed by the Supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Prioritize safety at all times and report incidents immediately.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 months of relevant experience is preferred (maintenance, field service, facilities, or similar roles).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications/email is required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Smartsheet is considered a plus.
