This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

đź“‹ Description

• Conduct visits to designated retail locations bi-monthly to assess kiosk operations and engage with store staff.

• Establish rapport with store associates and managers, acting as a reliable and approachable representative for Eyebot in the field.

• Evaluate store staff attitudes towards the Eyebot kiosk and communicate insights back to the Eyebot team, highlighting both positive feedback and challenges.

• Facilitate in-person training sessions for store associates on how to effectively use and promote the Eyebot kiosk to customers.

• Organize in-store events and opportunities for community engagement.

• Emphasize best practices for kiosk placement, presentation, and daily maintenance.

• Detect issues—whether operational, technical, or relational—and escalate them promptly to the Eyebot team.

• After each visit, submit a succinct field report detailing observations, completed training, and any outstanding items.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in retail, field sales, brand ambassadorship, or other customer-facing positions.

• Excellent interpersonal skills—comfortable introducing yourself and quickly building relationships in-store.

• Ability to work independently, managing your schedule and visit frequency without close supervision.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills—you can convey field observations in a practical and actionable manner.

• Reliable access to transportation within Pennsylvania.

• Previous experience with consumer technology products, health and wellness brands, or optical/vision care.

• Experience in field operations, territory management, or retail training.

• Comfortable with basic technology—you can troubleshoot common kiosk inquiries or escalate issues appropriately without hesitation.
