This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Travel to client locations throughout Ohio to assist members in navigating their Sidecar Health plans.
• Provide in-person support for client groups and individuals following their enrollment.
• Collaborate with our Account Management team to identify and cultivate relationships.
• Deliver member care by answering calls and responding to web chats and emails.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided promptly and positively.
• Foster rapport and maintain constructive relationships with current members.
• Must have reliable personal transportation and be willing to travel up to 30% within Ohio.
• Demonstrated history of dependability, accountability, and effective communication.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to educate members on the best practices of Sidecar Health.
• Ambition to grow and develop within the company.
• Strong empathy and relationship-building capabilities.
• Flexibility with an open schedule is essential.
• Bilingual skills are preferred.
• Experience in healthcare and/or insurance is advantageous.
• Competitive salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 along with an equity package.
