This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Install In-house Devices (IHD) at client locations.
• Make necessary adjustments to devices.
• Assemble components, conduct operational tests, and ensure quality control.
• Identify and resolve technical issues.
• Deliver customer training on IHD products and services.
• Work in partnership with sales and veterinary teams.
• Coordinate customer visits and training sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable mix of education and experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in veterinary/medical or laboratory settings is preferred.
• Background in customer service is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Capability to train customers on the use of technical equipment.
• Self-motivated individual who demonstrates initiative.
• Technical proficiency to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively to address problems.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Korean.
