Field Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with land sales professionals

• Develop strategies to maintain and grow client accounts

• Be involved in the installation, onboarding, and training of clinic teams

• Provide support during critical client visits

• Plan and outline the strategy for client visits

• Document visits and interactions with clients

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in veterinary clinics

• Experience in training and/or clinic management is preferred

• Education in Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Nursing, or another relevant field is advantageous

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

• Excellent active listening skills

• Experience in computer networks is valued

• Valid Portuguese driver's license and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
