Field Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Delivers on-site assistance to customers regarding the installation, training, and troubleshooting of Company products or services.

• Sets up equipment at client sites.

• Educates customers on the operation of Company products, equipment, and services.

• Resolves customer issues and challenges related to Company products and services.

• Relays customer requirements for additional products and services to the sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a veterinary clinic.

• A background in training and/or practice management is preferred.

• Preference for candidates with a Veterinary/Veterinary Nurse or other relevant degree.

• Must be comfortable with technology, including computers, tablets, and smartphones.

• A valid UK driving license is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time within the designated territory to visit customer locations.
