Field Support Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Organize and schedule field service appointments with customers, Field Service Technicians, and external service providers.

• Oversee work orders from initiation to completion, guaranteeing timely updates and precise documentation.

• Supervise and handle the Field Service RMA Jira queue, ensuring efficient routing and processing of repair requests.

• Generate sales orders for replacement components and arrange shipments to customers, technicians, and repair facilities.

• Monitor replacement parts and confirm the receipt, documentation, and processing of returned items in accordance with company protocols.

• Coordinate preventative maintenance work orders and regular service activities with customers and third-party vendors.

• Work closely with Customer Support, Logistics, Repair Operations, and other internal teams to facilitate seamless service delivery.

• Keep precise service documentation within Jira, Salesforce, and other relevant business systems.

• Relay service status, scheduling updates, and logistical details to internal stakeholders and customers.

• Recognize scheduling conflicts, resource limitations, and opportunities for process enhancements to improve field service operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in coordinating field service operations, service scheduling, dispatch, or technical support.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple work orders at once.

• Familiarity with using Atlassian Jira, Salesforce, or similar CRM and ticketing systems.

• Experience with order management.

• Knowledge of RMA processes and service logistics.

• Background in coordinating third-party vendors or field service providers.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong focus on customer service.

• Capability to prioritize competing demands effectively.

• Interest in robotics, drones, or connected hardware products is advantageous.
