• Implement and uphold advanced healthcare technology in long-term care facilities

• Foster trust with care staff and management through a service-oriented approach

• Facilitate training sessions for care staff

• Perform on-site service visits to address technical issues

• Background in customer support, or a similar hands-on and client-facing position

• Excellent troubleshooting abilities

• Self-motivated individual who can work autonomously

• Valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle
