Field Services Supervisor II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Overseeing field services personnel and equipment at customer locations.

• Ensuring safety and satisfaction for both internal and external clients.

• Managing site crews to guarantee efficient work in line with specifications.

• Keeping customers updated on job progress and fostering strong relationships.

• Completing daily documentation for billing and related tasks.

• Assisting project managers with job scope and project requirements assessment.

• Supervising long-term projects and managing personnel directly.

• Involved in hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).

• 5+ years of experience in hazardous waste fieldwork (mandatory).
