Field Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and schedule activities related to ramp installation

• Oversee the installation of tools by ramp engineers

• Ensure that ramp engineers receive training on the latest enhancements

• Develop and implement training plans and programs

• Create methods for measuring installation metrics

• Actively manage tools to enhance performance

⛳️ Requirements

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

• At least 5 years of experience in Field Support Service

• Bachelor's degree in electronics or equivalent military experience
