Field Services Equipment Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish, repair, and maintain medication/treatment carts, fax machines, and other equipment.

• Diagnose and document service calls via telephone.

• Source, order, and track parts necessary for ongoing maintenance.

• Follow up on parts and equipment dispatched to homes.

• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for homes.

• Conduct local deliveries and pickups.

• Strong mechanical aptitude.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partnerships.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Must possess a clean driving record.

• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
