This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Deliver comprehensive technical support to both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee, coordinate, monitor, repair, and install Sakura (demonstration) equipment.
• Stay updated on and apply new developments, enhancements, and regulations for Sakura products.
• Maintain knowledge of all Sakura equipment by participating in regular technical training at the Sakura Academy.
• Accountable for efficient and effective handling of complaints.
• Meet personal and team objectives established at the start of the fiscal year.
• Ensure timely and sufficient reporting through CRM systems.
• Conduct quality assurance activities.
• Engage in various project teams.
• Completion of Secondary Vocational Education or Higher Education with a technical (mechanical) focus.
• Relevant experience as a field service engineer, preferably in Medical Diagnostics instrumentation, though this is not mandatory.
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office software.
• Possession of a local driver's license.
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to stay overnight when necessary.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to fulfill training and advisory needs.
• Customer-focused, able to connect easily and make an impact at all levels.
• Self-organized, structured, and able to work independently.
• Possess a pragmatic can-do attitude.
