Field Service/Installation Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver maintenance and repair services directly in the field.

• Educate staff on the proper use of equipment.

• Instruct customers on how to effectively utilize equipment.

• Offer hands-on support and customer-oriented solutions beyond just repairs and maintenance.

• Travel regularly to customer locations, usually on a daily basis.

• Occasionally operate power tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in computer usage, including familiarity with Windows-based software.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Effective problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (Required).

• Preferred technical training in the biomedical or electronics field.

• Capability to walk, bend, kneel, squat, sit, stand, reach, and twist regularly.

• Capacity to frequently lift, lower, carry, push, or pull weights ranging from 1 to 55 pounds and occasionally from 56 to 100 pounds.

• Ability to push, pull, grasp, and utilize manual dexterity with hands, arms, and shoulders.

• Competence to work in confined spaces.

• Frequent travel to customer sites (daily).

• Ability to occasionally use power tools.

• Relevant mechanical or technical experience/education, electrical experience, customer service experience, military background, software/hardware experience, pneumatics, or HVAC experience is applicable.
