Field Service Technician – Professional Hygiene Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot various equipment such as dispensers, washing systems, and dosing systems for equipment upkeep.

• Educate and guide users on optimal practices and hygiene standards.

• Manage the technical and administrative follow-up for service requests.

• Act as a reliable point of contact for clients while representing the Diversey brand in the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Vocational diploma (Bac Pro) / BTS in electromechanics, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related discipline.

• Experience: At least 1 year in a comparable position, ideally in a B2B setting.

• Preferred experience in maintaining hygiene equipment or dosing systems.

• Strong understanding of safety protocols and technical follow-up procedures.

• Skills: Robust knowledge in electricity and mechanics.

• Proficient with digital tools (Excel, tablet, internal software).

• Personal attributes: independence, attention to detail, adaptability, commitment to customer service, and effective communication skills.

• A valid driving license B is required (regular travel within the designated territory).
